Milk Bath Bombs

Believe it or not, if you have some milk on the verge of going sour, you can turn it into a healthy, relaxing milk bath. I was pretty surprised when I found this, but it's hard to argue with the results.


  • Whole milk

  • 1 tsp. baking soda

  • 4-6 drops scent/essential oils (Avoid ones such as peppermint and cinnamon)

  • 1 cup epsom salts (Optional)


  1. If desired, freeze milk in a muffin tin, and store the frozen disks for later use.

  2. Add 1 cup whole milk or 1 frozen milk disk to your bath.

  3. Add oils, baking soda, and salts (if using).

  4. Enjoy!
